SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped every Friday. If you need your dice sooner, please contact us or make a note when you check out.
Please understand that shipping times as well as VAT/customs taxes are wildly out of our control. International shipping in particular has been experiencing COVID-19 and supply chain related delays.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If the dice do not meet your expectations, arrive damaged, or with missing parts, please contact support@magicpotion.com within 30 days of receiving your product, and we'll do our best to take care of you.
We can either exchange or replace your product, provided that we have stock available to do so, or we can issue you a full refund for your purchase, including shipping.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping is on us. We'll issue you a shipping label, and process the refund once we receive your order.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
* Gift cards
* Items purchased with gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
In cases where you'd like to exchange your product or replace it, we're more than happy to do so, so long as we have inventory on hand.
If there is no inventory on hand, we reserve the right to issue you a complete refund. Please understand that it is not possible for us to always have stock of every color.
